Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the sixs6 website, mobile platform, applications and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing any game, placing a bet, or initiating any financial transaction on sixs6, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you are using sixs6 on behalf of another person or entity, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf and that they are also bound by these Terms. sixs6 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and sixs6.

Eligibility

To register and use the sixs6 Platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. sixs6 does not permit any person under 18 to create an account or participate in any real-money game or bet.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer or agent of sixs6 or any affiliate, or a close family member of such a person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the sixs6 Platform.

Account Registration

Each individual may register one account only on the sixs6 Platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited regardless of the reason. If duplicate accounts are detected, sixs6 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel pending bets, and void any bonuses or winnings accrued across those accounts.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and truthful registration information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and valid Pakistani contact details.
• Keep your registration information up to date at all times. You can update your details through the account dashboard.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify sixs6 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account for any purpose.

sixs6 may at any time request identity verification documents to confirm the details provided at registration. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure. Verification is a standard industry requirement and is in place to protect both players and the integrity of the Platform.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on sixs6 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Additional methods may be added from time to time and will be listed in the cashier section of the Platform.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically credited to your sixs6 wallet within 60 seconds. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 30 minutes depending on the originating bank.
• sixs6 does not charge any fees on deposits. Any charges applied by your bank or payment provider are your responsibility.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 300.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless that method does not support withdrawals, in which case the next available method on record will be used.
• Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically completed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 1 business day.
• sixs6 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard withdrawal methods. High-frequency or unusually large withdrawals may be subject to additional processing time for security verification.
• sixs6 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before processing large or unusual withdrawals. This is a platform security measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.

Bonuses and Promotions

sixs6 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Players who have self-excluded or are subject to responsible gaming restrictions may be excluded from certain offers.
• Each player or household may claim each welcome bonus once only. sixs6 uses address, device, payment method and IP checks to identify duplicate claims.
• Wagering requirements, where applicable, must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each offer is stated in the promotion terms.
• sixs6 reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion or exploitation of game mechanics that circumvent the spirit of the promotion.
• Free spins, when awarded, are valid for 7 days from credit date unless stated otherwise. Unused free spins expire automatically.
• sixs6 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retrospectively disadvantage players who have already accepted and partially completed a qualifying offer.

Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on sixs6, you agree to the following general rules. Game-specific rules are available within each individual game and apply in addition to these general terms.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. sixs6 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except where a demonstrable platform error has occurred.
• Bets placed using funds derived from bonus credit are subject to the relevant bonus terms and may not be eligible for withdrawal until applicable wagering requirements are met.
• All slot game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators. sixs6 does not alter or influence the outcome of any game after a round has commenced.
• In the event of a game disconnection during a live round, the hand or spin will be resolved based on the state of the game at the point of disconnection using the applicable disconnection policy for that game type.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• Obvious pricing errors in odds or payouts will be voided. sixs6 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and return staked amounts promptly.
• sixs6 reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sixs6 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and legal action where appropriate:

• Fraud and misrepresentation – providing false personal information at registration or during identity verification.
• Collusion – cooperating with other players at a poker or live game table to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Chip dumping – deliberately losing chips or games to another player in order to transfer value between accounts.
• Bonus abuse – systematically exploiting promotion mechanics, creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk.
• Arbitrage betting – placing bets on all possible outcomes of an event using sixs6 alone or in combination with other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Use of bots or automated tools – using software, scripts or any automated system to place bets, spin games or interact with the Platform in ways not intended for human users.
• Money laundering – using the sixs6 Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds in a manner designed to conceal the origin of those funds.
• Abusive conduct – using threatening, abusive or discriminatory language towards other players or sixs6 staff in any communication channel.

Responsible Gaming

sixs6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity and never a source of financial distress or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits – set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Once set, a limit can only be reduced immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits – set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified time period. Your account will be paused once this threshold is reached.
• Session Time Alerts – receive on-screen notifications after a session of a duration you specify to remind you how long you have been playing.

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software used on the Platform.
• Use any sixs6 brand elements, logos or trademarks without explicit written permission.
• Scrape, crawl or extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sixs6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from your use of the Platform including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. sixs6's total liability to you for any direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sixs6 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times.
• Any specific game will be available at any specific time.
• Information on the Platform is accurate, complete or current at all times.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". sixs6 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.

Account Suspension and Termination

sixs6 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information at any point.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal conduct.
• Confirmed collusion, use of bots or any other prohibited conduct outlined in Section 7.
• Voluntary self-exclusion requested by the account holder.

Upon account closure, any real money balance after deduction of disputed amounts will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method within 14 business days, provided that no investigation into potential fraudulent activity is ongoing. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

You may close your account at any time by contacting sixs6 support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding wager or transaction already in progress at the time of closure.

Amendments to These Terms

sixs6 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, sixs6 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account, though this notification is not a condition of the amendment taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the sixs6 Platform. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to the sixs6 internal complaints process. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within 28 days, it may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism as specified by the governing regulatory authority.

To submit a complaint, contact sixs6 support with full details of the dispute including your account username, the relevant transaction or game reference number, the date of the event and a clear description of the issue. sixs6 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
